It is anticipated that the project will commence full scale production in early 2006.
Both the Rotary clubs involved in the project have agreed to fund a PhD student for a period of three years to enable a full assessment of the projects benefits to be assessed.
Application will be made to the Rotary Health Foundation to assist with funding the Phd student
