Our Club Service Committee is responsible for all matters affecting the efficient operation of the Club meetings and includes the following sub-committees:
Attendance Committee:
This committee devises means for encouraging attendance at all Rotary meetings with special emphasis on attendance at the regular meetings of the Club and attendance at regular meetings of other clubs when unable to attend meetings of this Club; keep all members informed on attendance requirements; promote better incentives for good attendance; seek to ascertain and remove the conditions that contribute to unsatisfactory attendance; and to report attendance on a weekly basis to the District Governor.
Classification Committee:
This committee reviews where necessary, existing classifications represented in the Club; and counsels with the Board of DIrectors on all classification problems through the Club Service Chairman. In addition, this Committee considers the eligibility of all proposed members from the standpoint of classification and reports their decision on all classifications to the Board.
Membership Committee:
This Committee considers all proposals for membership from the personal side and thoroughly investigates the character, business, social and community standing and general eligibility of all persons proposed for membership, and reports their decisions on all applications to the Board.
Rotary Information Committee:
This Committee devises and carries into effect plans (1) to give prospective members information about the privileges and responsibilities of membership in Rotary; (2) gives the members, especially the new members, adequate understanding of the privilages and responsibilities of membership in Rotary; (3) gives members information about Rotary, it's history, objects, scope and activities; and (4) gives members information as to developments in the administrative operation of Rotary International.
